The WAAS Mathcounts team took first place overall at the regional competition on February 10th!
The team was led by very impressive top 10 individual finishes from Atiksh Bhan- 1st Place, Bentley Burton- 4th Place, and Takoda Lac- 6th Place.
The team round included Atiksh Bhan, Bentley Burton, Edward Burton, and Takoda Lac.
WAAS had the largest overall team at the event, with our impressive 15 student group. Well done all around Owls! We are thankful to the entire team for your dedication, and to Mr. Simon for his leadership. The team advances to the State competition on Friday, March 22nd!
