Since WAAS’ first Lego Robotics Team is filled to capacity, we want to see if there is enough interest in forming a second team. A 5th grade parent has the Lego Robotics resources and is willing to do the legwork; however, she needs other parents to assist her.
The Lego Robotics Coach for the first team is Hans Olsen, and his son will graduate at the end of this year. Also, the majority of the students on the first team are 7th and 8th graders. We will need to fill those spots next year, and this is the time for the younger students to get experience.
