Hello WAAS Families and Students!
Our Science Olympiad team, led by Mrs. Giacomell and a crew of parent and outside coaches, brought home a Second Place Team Trophy from their first ever Invitational Tournament at the O’Neal School in Southern Pines, NC on December 12, 2015 (yesterday)! The team finished second, beaten only by last year’s State Champion! Congratulations to the team, coaches and Mrs. Giacomelli on your hard work and dedication!
