Two WAAS Students Honored for their NC Law Day Essay Submissions!

A round of applause for 7th Graders Stephen Roman and Ira Satyajit who were both selected as honorees for the Law Day Essay Competition this year. The Law Day essay contest is sponsored by the Young Lawyers Division of the NC Bar Association. For the contest, students are prompted to select a topic or issue to write out which encapsulates the theme of law day “The Constitutions Promise: Out of Many One.” Stephen and Ira, along with other winners around the state, will be honored at a celebration in Raleigh on Friday, May 2nd. Way to go Stephen and Ira!
