Congratulations!
Three WAAS students have been named county winners in the Young Authors Writing Contest, and their writing pieces have advanced to the state level competition. Congratulations to Lillie Nichols (4th grade), Nadia Pasquarette (6th grade) and Sean Hession (8th grade).
Make Up Picture Date
Make up pictures will be taken on Thursday, January 17 at 8:00 am. Any student who was absent of the day pictures were taken should plan to have their picture taken for the yearbook. Also, this is a good time for students to have their picture retaken, if desired.
Save the Date
Please mark Sunday, Feb. 3 from 2:00-5:00pm on your calendar as this is our Open House for our Science Lab. This is a time for our WAAS families (including siblings and grandparents) to see our new Science Lab. Please note that this is a drop in as we have limited parking space. Please park on Myrtle Grove Road or in front of the fence. Please do not park on the field.
