Once again, WAAS students claimed First, Second and Third Place in the North Carolina’s Law Day Essay Contest! Last year, we did the same!
Congratulations to the following students and, of course, Mrs. Puritis for this great achievement!
First Place Aparna Dhulipala 7th grade
Second Place Ava Rineer 7th grade
Third Place Avery Braithwaite 8th grade
These students will have a plate with this achievement engraved, and the plate will be added to the Excellence in Writing State Recognition plaque hanging outside the door to my office.
